Read some TPS Method Tactical Testimonials from students who have taken our Basic Firearms Safety, Learn to Shoot 1&2 classes and more below.
I’ve had my LTC for over ten years but never went to the range or got familiar with firearms because I felt like there was so much I didn’t know. I considered re-taking the certification course as a refresher, but then learned about TPS Method Tactical.
I took the Familiarization and Maintenance class first. The instructors were very patient and made sure we all felt comfortable and understood what they were teaching us.
I went on from there to take a few Learn to Shoot classes at their private range. The class size was perfect, the instructors level of skill and knowledge was so impressive.
This is the most elite team of instructors, and within one hour I was already rocking some confidence.
You’ll learn how to be safe, accurate and knowledgeable when it comes to firearms.
I can’t recommend these classes enough. I now have the confidence to protect myself, my family and those I care about safely and effectively. Thank you to the team at TPS Method Tactical, you guys are awesome.

Purchasing a firearm is serious business. Whatever your reasons for owning a firearm, sport/target, hunting or self defense, the ownership of a firearm places a great deal of responsibility on the owner. That responsibility should never be taken lightly.
I have completed the Familiarization and Maintenance, Learn to Shoot – 1 (LTS-!) and more recently Learn to Shoot – 2 (LTS-2) courses offered by TPS. These courses provide a training process for persons at all levels of experience, beginner to more advanced.
The beginner does not have to own their own firearm to start training. The courses allow for those who do not yet own a firearm to experience various firearms available in class. This allows each individual to determine which firearm would best suit them before making what could be an expensive firearms purchase.
The primary lesson emphasized throughout each level of training is firearm safety. All of the instructors in TPS are former law enforcement officers, military and military special operations and all have real world experience. They know their business. More importantly, the instructors know how to present the lesson material in a step by step process to build confidence in the beginner and to improve safety and performance to the more advanced. One can never learn too much about how to safely operate and handle a firearm.
I would recommend the courses offered by TPS Method to the beginner and to the more experienced in order to learn and strengthen good habits and to understand the responsibilities that are associated with the safe handling of firearms.

I attended the License to Carry class and two weeks later, the Familiarization and Maintenance class. The LTC class provided very clear instructions on how to safely and responsibly apply for one’s LTC. In both classes Murph provided very clear and specific instructions on how to safely handle, load, dissassemble, clean, and reassemble a semiautomatic pistol or revolver. We were introduced to proper shooting technique in the second class. Murph also provided ample time for students to handle about 20 different models of pistols and revolvers, in order that we might hone in on which one best suits our needs. I learned a lot, and am grateful for high level of detail on responsible handling, cleaning and shooting. I would highly recommend these classes to anyone who owns, or is thinking of purchasing a firearm. IMHO this Curriculum ought to be available and strongly encouraged for gun owners all over the United States, and ought to be financed with tax payer dollars.

I took the TPSM-T Basic Firearms Safety course recently.
I am a retired (30 years ) jail officer. I had to qualify every year, so I am fairly familiar with firearms and firearms training. This course was presented in a professional yet friendly way. I enjoyed taking this class enroot to a certificate for an LTC.

Amazing class! All 3 instructors were very well educated and very open when answering questions, went in to the class not knowing a whole lot and and when I left I felt very comfortable would recommend to anyone looking to get ltc.

My class was excellent! Well worth the cost and got more than my money’s worth from the knowledge shared, technique work, and cleaning supplies. Murph is a great instructor and knows how to share his knowledge in an easy to understand way. They do go above and beyond what I have seen with other trainings.
Anyone looking to gain knowledge whether you own a handgun or are still looking to purchase your first handgun would benefit from this class..

Took my LTC class here this summer. The instructors were extremely knowledgeable and made everyone feel comfortable during the class and prepared for afterwards!

Murph is definitely the #goat of anything related to firearms, firearm safety, laws, shooting, you name it. One thing I found out was that he is the realest most knowledgeable person to know. He’s incredible at what he teaches. I felt super comfortable in his class even being the only female there. I’m so much more confident in firearms. Just handling them and disassembling and reassembling. Being able to practice my stance when having the gun drawn. Awesome class. In the spring I’ll definitely sign up for the outdoor range. Excited for that! Thank you so much Murph. You’re one awesome instructor!! It really shows that you love what you do and are so passionate. #GOAT

Absolutely loved the class and teachers. I felt very comfortable, I learned a lot. We got to see a variety of guns and we got to handle them and practice with plastic rounds. We got to take them apart, clean them and put them back together. I’m so glad I went. I have been telling everyone about them! SIGN UP NOW!
